Netscape 4.x, Netscape 6 or 7 (or Mozilla), Opera and Internet Explorer can all be installed on the same machine without problem - although I reccomend you watch out for any settings during install that will change the default browser.

Apart from that, there should be no issues.

Netscape 4.x should be used to check compatibility with old cruddy browsers.

If it's at least readable in Netscape 4.x then it should be ok.
