change color of foreground gif image

This practice site shows the image & color I would like to change. The white background has been made transparent but the wind logo I would like to change the color from blue or red to something else. Can I & can someone point me in the right direction.
A beginner especially in PI8

There's several ways you could do this. First, take your Color Replacement Pen and select blue as the color to be replaced in the Attributes toolbar, then select the color you want it to be in the replacement color square. Alternatively, use the Magic Wand or Lasso to select the wind icon and then you can use Format, Hue & Saturation to recolor, you can use one of the Style filters, or simply fill the selection with a different color.
