need some help here

hi, i'm quite new to photoimpact and i need some help. i'd like to blend 2 pictures together with one of the pictures as the background. can someone plz gimme a step by step guide. thanks in advance.

i tried it .. not that difficult in UPI

1. Matrix Image in Backgroud
2. 2nd layyer of HellBoy image on top of it
3. Convert Hellboy image by right click select ( Convert object type ) from text/image to path..

4. Click Path Drawing Tool
5. click COLOR & go to FADEout
6. Apply Fadout to left and press OK

adjust the settings.. and colors

it works..

thanks for the info. what should i do if i want to make the 2nd layer image as the shadow of the background picture?
