Flash was the problem. I have PopUp Smasher set to block Flash pop ups and since the link from the Topic was to a Flash site it blocked it.

This loaded very quickly. Sorry to have made a fuss :-o

I like the clean design of the site and the simple design of the buttons. Bravo!

Hola Ernesto - Some graphics take longer to download than others so simple is better for fast downloading. HTML text loads faster than bitmap images with lots of text. Great looking food on your site. Makes me hungry and I just ate.

I think you could simplify the number of sliced images to make the download less fragmented. For example, make all the food one image, then make each of the four borders a separate sliced shape.

I quite like the pictures coming up one by one it's a little like an advent calendar http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

But I would get rid of the under construction sign, it says quite clearly when you last updated the site at the bottom of the page. I always take it as read that a site is constantly 'under construction,' else why go back again to see what has changed?

I also absolutely hate 'Under Construction' signs, I think their presence is only justified if it stops me being hit by falling masonry http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif
