If you are running Windows XP or Windows 2000 you might want to check out this software from Alias|Wavefront. It has a free limited-feature download. It is a sketching package (not 3d) developed for tablet pc's but can be used on a regular pc provided you have the system requirements. --- I don't have them so I've been unable to try it. I would love to read anyone's impressions of the product. It sounds like it could be a really interesting tool.
