I'm working on this pic. I made the eyeballs in zbrush used another picture to make the fabric textures, one in infinity textures, one using pp offset filter. Background texture is superblade pro. Photopaint for the face and adding the fabric folds.

Looking foward to Corel 11 but I won't be rushing out to buy the upgrade. Comments, helps, thoughts appreciated.

If you haven't checked it out yet there's some info on pp 11 at the corel newsgroup. Screenshots and a description of some tools by Cliff. I think it's going to be a good one.
