menu showing behind flash while flash is in an iframe

I made the menu using xara menu maker 1.0 and i have the following problem:when the submenu opens it goes behind the flash.The flash is in an iframe.i use IE6.0.The problem doesn't seem to appear when the flash is in a table and i add the parameter <PARAM NAME=wmode VALUE=transparent>.Can anyone help on this???
