    ok,i'm trying to find out how should i set my color settings and my resolution to achive great print outs of all my work LIKE 11/17 posters, cd cover inserts, flyers and so on......<example on the grahic belows IT HAS sharpness ON THE OVERALL IMAGE>thanks

    How/where are you printing them?
    If at home, 300dpi should suffice.

    If at a print shop, then ask then was res to use.

    As for colours... probably CMYK i'd imagine. Although if you're printing at home, try sRGB.

    Color Management = Hellish Torture.

    Much as I love and admire Adobe's apps, I've just gone through many, many hours of bizarre, maddening overprint/underprint/choking/spreading/trapping hell - which ultimately turned out to be caused by InDesign's CMS. Disable CMS and manually trap = Solution.
