Athena, PIRC is a resource for Photo Impact, a graphics program similar to Paint Shop Pro. It is a Windows only program published by Ulead. PIRC is Photo Impact Resource Center. The bulletin board is similar to this one, a web based bb. I've been trying to generate interest there for Painter Classic as well as the full versions of Painter. The bb owner agreed to add a message board for "other" graphics/paint programs. So far Painter Classic has been the dominate topic, thanks to a few of us Painter zealots there!
