I'm glad you liked it I love searches; it's a challenge finding the right synonyms to bring up the kind of site that was. My favorite is www.alltheweb.com advanced search because it allows you to qualify your searches with "should have," "must have," and "must not have" text, urls, links and titles. Makes for an almost infinite variety of choices. For the color wheel, I entered "color wheel" in the main search term, then "must have samples" in the text.

Can you tell it's my next favorite thing to do after graphics

That colour wheel was just what I had failed to find a few weeks ago.

If you place it in XaraX, create some rectangles and use the dropper tool it really helps to pick interesting colour combinations.

You can easily create your own colour wheel in Xara with blend-on-path.

1. Draw two red rectangles standing on their ends.
2. Draw a circle & convert it to shapes.
3. Blend between the two rectangles, add to the circular path and click the 'rotate along curve' button.
4. Make the blend 'Alt Rainbow' instead of 'Fade'
4. Vary the blend-steps for a smooth graduation - eg 200.

Don't know if this is any use, but it's a quick way to get the effect
