can't save in FP to a subfolder

Ok, so I created my page and did some FP editing to create a 'template' I have no problem replacing the 'guts' and saving as a new .htm in the same site but when I do that and put the new .htm into a sub folder, the graphics all disappear...I must be doing something wrong...please help.

the sub folder must also have all the files for the 'template' page (in their folder), not just the page.
