please help with tweening

If you are wanting to do a basic shape tween, just simply draw your begining shape in the first frame of the animation. Then put a blank key frame at the end and draw your ending shape. Go back to the first frame and highlight it. Open your "Properties" toolbox at the bottom. Choose "shape" from the tween drop-down.

If you are wanting a more detailed shape tween, use the same instructions above but use "Shape Hints". Shape hints are points where you can designate the animation to perform a much cleaner transition. You can add shape hints by going to Modify/Shapes/Add Shape Hint, from your main toolbar. Place the hints in the areas you wish to focus your tween.
