    Hi,
    (CorelDRAW11 SP1)

My problem is that when I publish a CorelDRAW format in .pdf Acrobat 5,
ALL my drop shadows (on the pdf) has an opacity 100%.

Test that:In CorelDRAW11 draw 10 red squares, each one with a drop shadow.

(the first square with a drop shadow of 10% opacity, the second 20%, etc...)

Then, publish to it in format Acrobat 5
    and also in Acrobat 4.

Look the difference of the 2 pdf

    Thanks

It is bug I think in publishing to pdf
    bitmaps with transparency background

    shadow is a transparent bitmap
If you brake apart drop shadow object
you will get object + this bitmap you need convert "shadow" to bitmap with no background transparency
If there is something below you will nid to convert all this to single bitmap...

Maybe somebody got better idea - I surrender

it is highly advisable and really just common sense to separate drop shadows from their respective objects BEFORE sending your artwork for postscript print, much like quite a few other things that PST thingies dont understand correctly, or CorelDRAW doesn't do correctly. anyway, separating and ungrouping contours in your final work comes to mind among other things.
