There is a great little plugin from Flaming Pear called Flood that does exactly what you want.
You can download a trial from there ...

Wolfgang.........I let out a squeal of delight when I saw the "Flood" site! But.........realized it's for Macs not Windows. Is there a comparable site somewhere for Windows???

Wolfgang......ooops! My computer likes to play games with me - when I posted last question, only the Mac icons displayed...went back to it, and now there's the Windows icon! Guess that answered my question. Thanks anyway............Joey
