i.frames in Netscape 6.2 problem !!!

I just upgraded my browser to Netscape6.2 from 6.1 and the whole webpage I was working on is now totally screwed up in 6.2
Basically I was using a background sliced in Fireworks and then an iframe for the content on top and a floating layer for the navigation bar. In 6.2 if I use the iframe it will not display the background image or floating layer anymore... Anyone run into this problem ? anyone has a quick fix ?

It displays properly in IE5 but not in Netscape 6.2
