Photoshop 7.0 was announced by adobe.com today. Alas, after reading the 7 page "new features" PDF it became clear to me that this should really be called version 6.2! An image browser (finally!) has been added, and a new brush for removing scratches and wrinkles, and some web stuff, but it all looks like a tiny upgrade, compared to the great upgrade which 6.0 was over 5.5. I'm usually a hog about upgrading, but I might pass on this one.

I guess the Adobe programmers exhausted themselves over Illustrato 10 and InDesign 2.0. which are GREAT new versions! InDesign in particular is now a faboulous DTP program - but for professionals only.
