Cutout shadow

Hi all,
Tas been a while since i posted here last.

I can't think of a way to add a shadow effect to the inside of a cut out shape.

the shadow tool gives you the ability to have a wall shadow, a floor shadow or a glow effect... what type of shadow do you need?
