How Do I find a Human at Xara?

How can I contact a real, actual person at Xara? I cannot unlock my MenuMaker 1.1 software that I just purchased, and I can't get the unlock code because the software is not recognizing my username or password.

This software is great, but the support is the worst I have ever encountered. Can someone pleas ehelp?

Have you contacted technical support via Xara's online FAQ system Heidi?

I just logged into your account, and the account does exist. However it says you own Webstyle 4, not Menu Maker 1.1. And if you did own Webstyle 4, then Menu Maker won't actually be of use to you as Webstyle 4 has everything you need for menus.
