Had a few free minutes at work, so I drew the only thing on my desk that wasn't a total disaster area.

Any comments, good or bad are welcome

    Soquili,

    finally no gel cup :-)

It's great, and xtremely realistc. However, I would at a perspective: just group all cup elements, add a mould and make the cup a tiny fraction narrower at the bottom, and it will be absolutely perfect!

    Hi Jens,

Haven't seen you around for awhile. Thanks for the tip. I wasn't thinking about perspective, just getting my mind off work for a bit.

How's the perspective in this one?

The secret of a good cup of coffee at work, is to never wash your cup. I have used the same cup since 1988... coffee is like a 'Port', just let the best of the past take over some of the new and you will have an interesting drink

    I like your drawing Soquili!

You know what would make my day? - You posting some traditional Cherokee designs! I would go monkey to see some traditional Cherokee designs with a Xara X twist!

    Please?

Risto - I'd bet you don't have to worry about anybody taking your favorite cup. I'd also bet those "bugs" Ivan found on the cd also reside in your disgusting cup.

    Regards, Ross

PS - Soquili, please don't dirty up your cup. It looks perfect now.

Heh heh heh. No gel cups, eh?

Of course I just spent two hours I was sopposed to be spending on the next WebXealot, but what can I say. A challenge is a challenge.

BTW Soquili, I like your cup very much. You're getting pretty darn good aren't you.

Risto - You haven't really used the same cup since 1988 without washing it, have you?!? I guess it would either kill or cure what ever bug decided to bite you

I'll work on some Cherokee designs and see if any come out worth posting.

Ross - I'll keep my cup clean, can't risk getting sick since I'm the only IT person left in the company where I work.

Gary - I have great teachers. Your tutorials and the Xara forums!! Can't help but get better with that kind of support. I love the Gel Cup!!

Gary, my wife thinks that you were going a bit nuts over those gel thingies. But she just walked in and saw the coffe cup and said: "Coooool, now that one I really like".

I think it is really funky too!!

    Risto

    P.S

No one is taking hold of my cup (it is to slippery)...

Soquili, it looks just like a photo! You really have a good eye for details.
