Well, it seems like a lot of people over the years have asked about a way to take out your titlebar, menu, etc. in Flash projectors. As most of you know, FlashJester has tools to do this. But for the more adventurous out there, you can download ResHacker from:
http://www.users.on.net/johnson/resourcehacker/
which is a freeware tool that will allow you to do pretty much the same thing. It's a little harder to use, but it's rather simpler than using a Hex Editor or something of the sort.
