It does a girl wonders to buy a new hat now and then.

    Dawn,

Actually, I was very seriously testing out brushes to respond to some message or other (it's all a blur) and all of a sudden I noticed that the brush strokes looked like something.

Then I added the "eye" or spectacle and couple of lines at the bottom of the whatever it is that's hanging off the hat. VividImage described it as an earring as you'll see in the Painter Forum at IDD.

"Moose" came to mind and I thought about adding ears and nostrils but decided to leave this girl alone. Later, it occurred to me that her ear (one of them anyway) was caught up in her hat and sticking out of the top. Reasoning that the other one was probably either under the hat or behind it, I decided that would work too for a dolled up moose with a new hat, after all.

(The hair dresser used a lot of "moose" to style her ears, apparently.)

    Greg,

Glad you think it's fun.. it was, and obviously put me straight into a silly mood. Rather refreshing for a change.
