    Cool Maya,,
You have some real nice software. Photoshop is superb. ZBrush is an amazing program as well, yes it does max out the processor but its worth it. I have'nt noticed any harmful effects. I realize that it renders on the fly and believe that to be the reason for the processor use, I have noticed that my cpu settles down a bit when there is no active 3D object in edit mode. Pushing thousands of polygons around with instant feedback has a price. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

There is a ton of neat stuff you can do with photoshop. Did you make the leaf brush yourself or was it included?
I have some cool custom brushes, one click trees, clouds, bushes, lightning and such.
    Its Fun...

    Hi Mike! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
The leaf brush I used was what was originally included in PS7. I haven't made any custom brushes yet. I've only started trying out the pen tool, blending mode options, other tools and some of the included filters. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif It's really loads of fun!

    Very cool Maya.
I have a few spiders that live in my house, they seem to balance the food chain between the ants and lizards, I have to use the vacuum on the webs once in a while. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

I have a fun weekend coming up, I'm riding my old Harley Davidson down to Key West for the annual poker run. Its party time!

Thanks Mike! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif Spiders, lizards, ants and Key West eh....I lived in St. Augustine, FL for a couple years --- loved it I might add --- and remember well the big wolf spiders, green anole lizards, fire ants and big black carpenter ants...as well as the "bombers" and huge grasshoppers, etc. hahaha http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

Sounds like a cool weekend you've got ahead of you -- have FUN! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

Maya, it's good to see some of your work again...no matter what program you use, the talent shows.

Mike, there was a big bike show here last week, motorcycles all over the place which led to a discussion of Harleys...you don't have to see the bike to know it's a Harley because the engine sound is so distinctive. I was told that they have copyrighted that sound...don't know if that's true or even possible. Have a great time in Key West...love the spookster!

Po-ta-to--Po-ta-to is the sound HD wants to patient. Actualy HD has several different engines, each one has a distinctive sound. I ride a shovel head, it always marks its spot with a little oil. People always say to me, they wish the evolutions sounded like a shovel.

Well, I'm outa here for a few days.
    Catch ya later folks.

    Hi Maya and Mark,

Some excellent works posted here. I haven't had any time lately to work on any graphics. It's great to be able to enjoy seeing other peoples' art.
