You might look at the hidden folders under My Documents. As I remember, PI uses the resources from that location. Rich

    Hi Rich or anyone,
I havelocated the folders in the Pi data files on drive C, but PI sends a message that it cannot open them. They are not hidden and are read only.

Have you tried clicking on the Object Libraries Manager, Import? When the dialog box opens, browse to the desired folder and select the gallery or library you wish to import. You cannot open them directly using the Open command in PI.

    Hi Grafixman,
    Thank you for the suggestion.
Unfortunatly the object panel manager in PI 10 has no import function.
I have emailed Ulead technical support to get an answer.
When this matter has been clarified I shall post on this site.

Here's a tutorial site explaining the basics for working with the Easy Pallete. I'm sure the answer is in there somewhere...

    Hi Grafixman.
I found that the required libraries had to be down loaded from Ulead.
It apears that the many of the objects seen in PI 10 were only thumbnails and could not be used for anything.
    Thanks for your help

That's a strange problem you're having. Did you install everything from the disk? Maybe you didn't intall the libraries if you opted for the custom install?

    Hi Grafixman,
I downloaded the trial program from the web and subsequently purchaded it. It evidently does not include the various libraries.
