kernel32.dll HELP

As a designer i have been using XARA right on from ver. 1.0 but after buying a new motherboard and a pentium III, i can't run XARA anymore. It install's okay, but halts and WINDOWS say's: ERROR in kernel32.dll add 0187:bff87ede3

I have installede all the latest drivers for my system and it works okay.

What is the problem ????

My system is:

Win 98 2nd.

Pentium III 500 mhz
Epox EP-6vba motherboard
128 dram
Matrox 400G mil.
