how to customize the arrow keys distance?

when I press the arrow key,It moves a long distance,I want to make the distance short.
what I need is ,when i press the key ,it move 1px long,just like in photoshop.
who can help me?

In Version 9, go to Tools/Options/Edit and enter your settings for Nudge.
