32 bit tga files

i need for another programm tga´s with transperancy
for some reasons the prog only accepts 32 bit tga´s .the 24 bit tga´s are not transparent. but i dont know how to export rdp files as 32 bit tga´s because i think pi8 only writes 24 bit tga´s.
can anybody help me?

ps: sorry for my bad english, i hope you can understand what i mean (need)

I looked at Elements and Expression. Both will save to a 32 bit TGA. When I tried it from Elements, and read the file back it didn't appear to be transparent. I tried saving to a 32 bit PNG, and then opening the PNG in Expression. Saving to a TGA gave a transparent background. Rich
