For Photoshop 6 users I've just uploaded 13 pages of Layer Styles... you can access them on the downloads page.
For Photoshop 5 and 6 users, I updated the free actions area a couple weeks ago with a lot more downloads, most of which haven't been offered in the free are before.
Here's the breakdown of free downloads:
