Hi girl! Did you ever get your easypal working properly? I too am having similar difficulties and also have had no luck finding help at the ulead sites. If you have had any success with those libraries, please share with me. A lot of the work I do depends on the easypal so right now, though I'm not stuck, my work is limited.

It seems that if you download PI try brfore you buy you dont get the palette.
Go to http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd.htm.
There you will find Object Libries Nos. 1, 2 and 3.
Downloading these shouls solve your problems.
