One solution is to do a lot of erase cleaning.
But as of the moment, autocad doesn't export well to PS. This is because Aotocad uses math/vector lines whereas PS uses bitmap images.
One way I use to get around this is to export to Corel Draw. There are slight deformations most especially arcs which I need to redraw/retouch. Afterwhich I export to Photoshop in psd format. The export is clean. I haven't tried this procedure with other vector apps like Illustrator.
