STEVE..
to tell the truth, in all I would say it
took maybe 3 hrs.total. At the beginning it took
many hrs. But as I mentioned before..as one keeps
working with X-X, it becomes quite natural the
approach and procedure to do pieces like this. You
obtain an experience that becomes yours and when
you begin another it all comes back and you go at
it with a certain assurance of where you're going.
Thus, you gain speed. I'm sure all of have felt
this in some way or another. Thanks all!

..it's nice at 80 degrees..
Bill

PS- Allow me to add one other thing, Steve. The strands of hair you see are really not that many.
There is an under preparation that absorbs into the
not-so-many strands laying on top. It may give the
idea that those strands go deep, in order to "fluff" the hair up etc., but not so.

what I meant was all those lines! Lines of that amount take a while to render on my screen! But I'm sure the whole process doesn't take that long after experience.

MADALYNN...thanks for your take on JULIE.
I can't remember having seen your name on forum.

...and a 'race car' driver..that's very
interesting. I want to see some of your posts.
CARS?

Thank you once again for comments..
Till another Julie or so...

is in the shop getting the minor body work done, and a fresh paint scheme - red nose, rest of body is white, a silver ban running door to fender to hood and back down the other fender and door. When the car is out of the shop, I'll post it.

As for being a race car driver, what's wrong with driving for a living? I Love driving, I'm just a kid at heart!!

As for not seeing my name on the board, it's here. I'm a new member. I've posted maybe 5 or 6 images of my work, all done in Xara or Xara X

Star Trek - Nemesis
Stamp - early work (1997)
Dog Racing
Street Rod - 1997
Global Nighthawk Radiology logo submission
Cognio.com logo submission

I know my work isn't the best here, but I'm learning.

No offense at all..I reacted with couriousness,
that's all. ...if race-car driving is your piece
of cake...put the frosting on it!

I'll be waiting to see the Red Baron, when it's
fixed.

I just checked out Nemisis...pretty cool!
I'm sure you'll be 'accelerately' soon with
Xara X!

BTW, do you race professionaly..Daytona etc?
