When is a sound file to large? For that matter when is a movie to large? What is the average size of your sound files and movies?
    Thanks

Anything that get over 100k should be broken up into seperate swf files using the load movie command. This will let your main movie load faster and give the individual a more "normal" site visit. Your sound should be no more than lets say 100k as a swf file unless you set it to stream and have it load after the main part of the site has loaded. Remember animation and sound should all have a point. People want information for the most part on web sites, if your not a entertainment site you might want to re think the intro or even the amount of music etc you will be using. Check out the hot sites and see how and what they are doing to get a better feel for what you should be doing. Regards, Bil
