Took a look at your site and I think it is a good start. I would have to say that the Artwork/Graphics could use some work. From a design standpoint you want to have crisp, clear artwork with colors that will get a viewers attention but not look cheesy. The artwork on your site looks very jagged and don't feel that you NEED to use motion graphics. Just remember that a website's purpose is to provide information. You want your Clients/Users to find out about you and your services. That is the information they want so keep the information provided on your website your main priority. Let you artwork just provide a nice background. Good start.
