Genuine Fractals plug-in working in Photopaint???

Is anyone here using the Genuine Fractal plug-in in Photopaint? I downloaded the trial but couldn't get it to work with vs.10. I've got Photoshop 5.0LE and it didn't work there either.

Any other suggestions for a plug-in that allows enlarging unavoidably lo-res images while keeping them at somewhat of an acceptable quality level?
