saving for web

Hi! First time here. I'm having a problem.

I'm on a MAC G3 running OS 9.2 Photoshop 6.0

When I try "Save for Web" I keep locking up. Almost every time. I can do all my setting then when I say OK it locks up.

Can anyone help me?

Hi Meg, welcome aboard.

That sounds like a bad install, or a corrupt file somewhere in the program's folder.

If it's loading the Save for Web interface window ok, but locking when trying to save the file out, then that's the first thing i'd consider was wrong.

Technical questions of this nature should also be posted over at the Adobe - Photoshop "User to User" Forum. Adobe's own tech and code guys watch that board and answer questions. They would be better suited to supply a more conclusive answer for you.
