I used to have Honda Goldwing with US plates on it. The thread in the Xara forum (Where are You) prompted me to try to reproduce the number plate from memory. US-type plates are illegal in the UK (wrong material, wrong reflective properties, wrong bloody everything) but I think they're a lot more interesting than our boring old UK ones.

Hi Big Frank,
That's a good looking plate. Most states now have so many variation in addition to "vanity" plates, it's hard to tell where they are from unless you get up very close so you can read it.
