Here in the UK, version 3.12 may still be available on an old cover CD; could you try that in USA? As a matter of interest, why would you want such an old version? Win3, perhaps?

yeah i'm intrigued, did you know it's now in version 7 and a serious rival to photoshop?
you will find recent versions on practically any magazine cd...pleases let us know why v.4
