Is it not easyer to do it with Bitmap Tracer...?

I always thought that "Mina Moiseev" and "Tchaikovsky" where done with Bitmap Tracer... also, am I wrong?

Yes this works very good on my picture that had a identicly problem.
And it seams so easy.
This is something to remember.

If you use the bitmap tracer, you get de picture back.

Perhaps it wil work if you first make the shade and than do the splitting?
