    You cannot do this with Xara. You can add script and code to the page/site HTML using placeholders but if you simply edit the HTML documents you will lose all the changes the next time you preview or...

    When you add photos to a document, they reside in the document in the Bitmap folder. But, if you delete the document, the photos in the document are gone.

    First thing that comes to mind is the combined file size of the photos is eating up memory.

    Make sure you have the actual photos in another folder in case you need the full resolution image, then...
