Haven't the foggiest about the technicalities but it seems some people having upload problems have them 'solved' by reverting to IE10. All above my head :eek:

Yes, submit a ticket. Have you got Internet Explorer 11 on your computer by any chance? There have been others with problems re IE11. Mention that and the Windows version you are using.
