Create a layer and try to drag something from File Explorer onto it. Even though the layer is selected in the Page And Layer Gallery, it still goes into the Block on the MouseOff layer....

That page IS built entirely of Blocks. The page length didn't shrink when I resized the Block. 9 times out of 10 the page length follows the last Block, but not always. I have simply dragged the page...

Using Blocks, as I do, I have a couple of insights.

I simply created 4 rectangles and tossed them into a Flexi Block. Select any rectangle and name it htmlclass="flitter" and group it with itself....
