In theory if you have an image that needs to stretch to accommodate the bleed then maybe OK. But it's basically not a solution I would use.

Xara extends the edges of the photo, and not all that well. For my money I would just post a slightly larger image to compensate for the bleed and remember to keep all live matter (text, etc) in from...
