Excellent :) we have pinned it down to arvixe.com. It is their problem to sort out. If it works on Magix it will work anywhere.
Now that is weird :D Most user complain that it scrambles their design.
I've seen some mixed reviews for arvixe.com. if it works in Magix then I'd consider a new host.
I was thinking of Magix for testing purposes. If it works there then we know that the problem lays with your current host and not with anything you have done with your design. Who are you hosting...
Using Magix hosting is not obligatory but is is very handy.
I would try publishing elsewhere to see if it is a server issue. You could try the Magix free hosting offer.

Have you added any HTML or CSS to the pages ?
If it views OK from the hard drive then it should be viewable with no problems from a server. Did a new upload help ?
Sounds like a partial/failed upload. I would republish.

The first thing that springs to mind is that it may be a cache problem. If you view the on-line version and press CTRL+f5 does it improve matters.
