Don't know how xara can do this but there is no View/Bitmaps under options in WDP16/17 - only P&GD16
I made a backup to be sure :) But I don't understand why the importsize key is set to 1920 but...

I'm also having the same problem since WDP17 - all images are imported at 500px wide!!!
Opened the registry and saw the importsize key IS set at 1920. Changed the value to 3000 and closed the...
