Thanks, Gary! :D
Thanks. When I see some colorful clip art, I just get the urge to try and copy it!
Thank you, Egg!
I've tried exporting them "export as" png and also "export as animation" gif. I've just been experimenting.
Thanks, Ron, I guess they are from "fantasy island"!
I think this is a little better. Would it be better if I went 256 colors?
Thanks
I saw something similar to this on bing.com images and used it to go by to make these.
I've been using Xara 3D to make some new year's greetings and they all have jaggies around the edges. How can I prevent this? Am I missing an anti alias button somewhere?
Thanks,
pslane
Well, whatever, I like it, anyway. Just make a few ragged holes and give it a torn edge and it will be officially grungy! lol
Very good, Egg. It looks like the way the carpenters left my siding. rotflmao
Thank you, Gary. I made a few masks with Photoshop brushes and added them. So glad they would work with Xara.
Grunge #2
Bitmaps are complicated to me. Never used them before until I started playing with Xara. Anyway, I had to make another rectangle and then choose a fill from the bottom to cancel/reset out that...
Gary, I call that one Graffiti Grunge. :)
So glad to see this challenge. I love grunge.
Yikes, this is getting complicated! I did delete it in the Bitmap gallery but I can't get it cleared out. Now I get this every time I open a new page.
You may find more questions from me since I upgraded to 11. First of all, I am using a fill and changed my mind and I want to remove it. In my help file, it says there is a "remove" to click on but...
Thank you for quick replies. I think I will get it since the price sells it. I dabble in so many graphics programs and maybe this will get me doing more Xara projects. Thanks for the link, Egg.
Is this as good a deal as it sounds?
The latest version I have is Designer Pro X8.1.4.30831 and I just got an offer for this:

Not much...
Thank you so much. That was just what I was looking for!
Somewhere out there there's a tutorial for making water drops, like the ones that you put on roses in the garden after rain or dew. I did this once but can't remember how. Can anybody direct me to...
Thank you! :D
Thanks all! Middle right is my ball of fire. I should make more without a background. It seems to be the favorite!
Thanks, Penny. The only one I did transparent and used a liner on. It's really hard to stop making them once you start. lol
Thank you, Igor for sharing your mini tuts with us. Yours are super good! I have been enjoying playing with this all day! I'd like to post a few of my results.
Thanks for checking them out....
