    The Harwich 1912 Hostel

Here's a drawing I did of Harwich's old fire station which is now a hostel. It was fun drawing it and easier because it's symmetrical saving a lot of duplication ;)

    @ Onlye ;)

    Re: Client work

If you only had the slider on the home page in my opinion it would show far greater change. Remember folks with largish monitors don't tend to view a Browser at full screen:

    Re: Client work

My monitor is 1920 x 1080 too. Here's a screen-grab of the Styles page at full screen, there's only a slight change on the bottom of the screen:

Re: How do I change the paper size?

    Welcome to Talk Graphics BJB,
Bit confused but first things first, can your printer handle a US Tabloid Sheet? For example mine can only print on an A4 sheet size and I suspect many American...

    Re: Client work

I missed that first time round Behzad. Just an observation which I find on many modern websites is the use of such large proportions of the screen to be taken by headers and slideshows i.e. the top...

Re: Nav Bar with Link and Menu

Sue, Acorn is saying never to have a link on the menu item that leads to a submenu. If you want a link that leads to a similarly named page add it to the top of the drop down menu and add a separator.

Re: Embed Google Doc in Xara Template

    Hello again Sue,

A few more things to bear in mind:

1: Google doesn't allow you to change page sizes. But you can add an Add-On called Page Sizer that does, a great freebie.

    2: Mobiles and...

    Re: Gear-Config Icon Challenge

However as I said earlier all these Combine / Arrange shapes can lead to unwanted nodes, one above another, so it's a matter of selecting the Shape Tool and Tab or Shift Tab deleting nodes (just the...

    Re: Gear-Config Icon Challenge

    Quickly.

Draw a circle over a copy of your bitmap to get it as centred as possible. Clone that circle several times and resize to match outer size, inner cog size and central hole. Clone one more...
