Great! You need only select it before an upload. It does not affect SSL certification. Keep CloudFlare as it improves response time world-wide.

marjorie, CloudFlare caches your JavaScript and CSS. If you are able to turn on development mode, which is what I do, your problems should go away.

Thank you for sharing. If it self-rectifies then I can only be server caching. It is something you need to tackle with GoDaddy.
