    Now you have unticked the Add a Link for a Page, you don't need the # anyhow. Just remove it and add in new buttons by hand.

    Well we're not worried about any of that yet.
    Just try adding a New Page. Is anything overwritten?
    Have you unticked the option I described?

    It is a Link so you use Link to. All the others are dropdown assets in your design. The # is not an asset so Link to.

    Double-click on the NavBar and you then double-click on the URL box (second column).

    Simply type in a # in the Link box. When such a link is clicked is goes to the top of the current page.

    I wanted to check that having something in the link made the NavBar creation work...

    Try adding a # link to the no-link buttons while you are creating the new page to see if that makes any difference.

    It does sound buggy.
