You're not missing anything LGF, your method is excellent. However Sue has a specific need and I expect almost all the images she uses are of a standard size and she also wants a background border...

Intresting template Gary. I'm still looking at it but just some initial comments.
Your images are mainly @ a 16 x 9 ratio. So I'd suggest you create a 16x9 template.

That's very interesting Gary. When I preview it in Xara Designer Pro X 17.0.0.58732 DL x64 Mar 12 2020 it previews correctly.

Hi Sue, it previews as expected for me in the correct 'landscape' orientation.

Sue, on the internet the images are in the correct orientation. If I open your site I get the following Page Not Found error.
