This happens on a number of computers running Windows 7, 8 & 8.1 and various browsers but I am not sure the browsers are the fault as it occurs...

We are uploading changes to our website & have tried both Quick Upload (Only upload changes) and Full Upload. Both give the same result. After the Publish is finished several files, both...
