Works much better. The tobacco leaves are a nice touch.
To get more shape to the lungs, I would make a copy, lighten the fill colors, and apply feathering.

The background is too busy for the image. And I am not sure if you have drawn the depth image but the depressions on the lungs are way too dark. 10% darker than the surface of the lung is more than...
